About Rosman

Born in 1972 in Singapore. Rosman Mohd Shahid is a rugged individual with a big heart who holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art: Drawing and Painting from University of Huddersfield, U.K. in association with the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore. He has worked in various jobs as a cleaner, waiter, movers, graphic designer, illustrator, filming and video production assistant before landing on an 8 years  long job as a Special Educator in AWWA Special School(a special place in his heart). An active member of Angkatan Pelukis Aneka Daya (APAD) since 1994 and has participated in numerous art exhibitions and projects both locally and abroad. Presently, he aims to continue developing as a practising artist whilst maintaining his passion for teaching and imparting his knowledge, skills and experiences through art and social service, and volunteerism. Rosman is also a seasoned traveller and a reliable source for good travelling advice!
